I chose this house because I just love the swing in the front yard. Can you call that just a yard? I mean, it's really more like a personal park. I can just see me now, after a hard day at the office. Coming home and having a glass of wine sitting in this swing. You can barely even see the house for all of the huge trees. And that's a huge criteria for me in any house I would live in - must be able to look out of windows and see green leafy things. Love it.
