I had a wonderful birthday. Thanks to all my friends and followers who sent good wishes via e-mail, Facebook and twitter. I was feelin' the love!Venus, Cenote and ET (all code names to protect the innocent) invited us over for a dinner party. We grilled hamburgers and the boys actually got into the swimming pool. I stuck my foot in and it was like glacier water. I can't believe they got in. And stayed in! Their lips were blue and they were shivering but they had the best time splashing around and having water gun fights.
So, it's official - the first swim of the summer has happened!
So full of cake now, I must roll off into bed. Thanks again for making it a great day!
