Wild about SAFY. And my new shoes.

Oh, so Cynthia
Tonight, I attended the Wild About SAFY event at Samuel Lynne Galleries.  This benefit was created to raise awareness for Specialized Alternatives for Families and Youth (SAFY) and to provide Christmas gifts for these children in Foster Families.

JD Miller "performed live" by painting an original work of art in front of  guests.  The painting was then auctioned off for the benefit of SAFY foster children.

Nibbles from Bread Winners and Sushi Axom  and a little vino were enjoyed as guests wandered this 11,000 sq. ft. gallery and gawked at all of the incredible art on display.

It was great to catch up with Social Media Club Prez, Mike Merrill and media powerhouse, Donna Harris of InTown Mix.  Angel Investor extraordinaire, Laurence Briggs was on hand to support his wife, Sher, who executed the whole evening to flawless perfection.

The gallery itself was amazing. I would LOVE to have an event there after seeing the space. Samuel Lynne Galleries represents and exhibits the Reflectionists and 21st Century Contemporary artists with an extensive collection of 3-D Oils, Originals on Canvas, Mixed Media and Sculpture.

My new kick ass heels
And I can't end this post without gushing about my new amazing shoes.

I rocked it in 4.5" heels, baby. I was as tall as every man in the place... and I looked gooooooooooooood.

I hope the night raised a lot of money for a really great cause.
