I was introduced to Dallas jewelry designer, Diamond Downes, by my friend DFW Style Daily editor Lisa Petty earlier this year. I have since become a big fan of her work and introduced her to OSC readers back in February.  Not only are her creations beautiful, but most pieces are under $200. You know me, I like affordable fashion.
