According to Starcasm.net Hulk Hogan's daughter Brooke Hogan has gotten engaged to Dallas Cowboys player Phil Costa. On Saturday night, June 29, Costa got down on one knee in Las Vegas and proposed to Brooke in front of an amazing view including The Paris Hotel’s version of the Eiffel Tower. There’s no word on how long Brooke and Phil have been dating, but since she was dating someone at the beginning of the year, it couldn’t have been very long. Starcasm reports that unfortunately, there is one piece of bad news for the happy couple. Brooke is apparently still married to Bully Ray and having trouble convincing him to sign divorce papers. He claims he still loves her. Hopefully now that she’s engaged, he’ll be considerate and take the necessary steps to end their marriage.
