Bravo Ratings predicted the cancelation back on January 24, 2014 saying, "it’s almost certain that there won’t be a sophomore season for Courtney Kerr. (Kerr's) eighth episode saw its ratings fall from the seventh (which had fallen from the sixth) to 610,000 viewers of which 392,000 aged 18-49 – Demo 0.30. Given that Most Eligible Dallas was cancelled by Bravo Media after just one season, it seems very safe to assume that Courtney Kerr’s spin-off will be also."
