Fox 4's Clarice Tinsley not only celebrated a New Year but her birthday on January 31. This year, Clarice and her husband, Stephen, celebrated in Dubai. Very exotic! In a twist of fate, this news anchor found herself in the middle of a news story when The Address hotel in Dubai caught fire and became an international story. Luckily, Clarice and her pals were staying about 2 miles away - but like any good journalist, she got her husband to hike over to check out the scene and tweet live reports.
