WAAS Collective is proclaiming selfies for peace! On June 17, artist Renda Writer installed his 38th mural in partnership with Peace Day NTX at WAAS. The mural took Writer a tedious 14 hours to complete in the Texas heat letting Dallas be the first to receive such a mural. Spectators were able to witness the installation live, alongside local stars, Tha Mystics, Cure for Paranoia, Faded Deejays, and Sudie. Renda was able to incorporate his written word alongside the recent Jules Muck ode to Paz Lenchantin mural. Founder of WAAS and creative, Brandy Michele Adams invites you to experience this one of a kind public work of art and keep pushing peace. Grab your iPhone and head over to 2722 Logan St, Dallas, TX 75215 to take a photo and spread the message. When you share on social media, tag @waascollective @worldpeacemuraltour @rendawriter @peaceispossible and let the word know that you #WaasHere.
